[SOLVED] New PC Build but unable to sign into games?

For League of Legends, even though I can launch the game, as soon as I sign in, the message about unexpected error pops up. I also noticed I am having trouble with loading into games like Valorant, connecting to apps like discord, I can't sign into steam, I am unable to successfully download Hearthstone, and so forth. I tried the recommended fixes based on the articles written about this issue on the Riot Games website but I could not find a solution to this issue. This is a new pc I just finished building yesterday. I have updated the drivers and the bios. I have tried changing my DNS to googles public network. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have also ran the program as administrator but nothing worked. The issue remains no matter what. Even though I can launch the game, as soon as I sign in, the message about unexpected error pops up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

download the latest windows 10 media from microsoft website and install it again.
