Question New PC build cannot get display from GPU

So I just started upgrading my old build. Well I got everything installed and just to test I booted up just using motherboard display. After that I went ahead and installed my old 3080ti because that's what I'm using for now and it is definitely a known working GPU. Well as soon as I install it I cannot get display off of the motherboard or off of the GPU itself. So just looking for a little help on what I may be doing wrong or need to check.

MOBO: MSI Z790 MAG Tomahawk MAX
CPU: I9-14900k
GPU: MSI Ventus 3080ti
1 TB Samsung 990 EVO in M.2-1
2 TB Samsung 990 in M.2-2
6TB WD black HDD
64gb Corsair Vengeance ddr5
PSU: Corsair RM1200X Shift
