Question New PC build can't connect to friends online games

I just built another pc and I cannot join any friends that are hosting. doesn't matter what game it is! I can join other games online as long its hosted on a server. I have tried looking at firewall setting everything looks fine, I have even turned firewall off still didn't help. Messed with some router settings with no luck. Everything is up to date. didn't have any issues early that day on old pc.

What is your full system specs? The router you have? What game are you trying to play with your friend?
