New PC build COMPATIBILITY and PSU problem

I am building a new pc from scratch since my last one is near his death and pretty outdated. (gt 730 was the gpu and the hdd 9 years old in order to see where i am going )

I have picked some hardware that fits my budget. (trying to get it under 700-750 if possible)

The problem is i really do not have any idea other than the basics . (am4 sockets for ryzen ,450 for 2nd gen cpus,etc)

My main concern is in what ram to get and especially in which direction should i go with the mhz in those(thinking the motherboard i am getting) and the PSU....I am guessing 500w will be enough but i dont know for sure. Plus it is hard to find in my budget a good brand like super flower or seasonic... I would like your help as if the build is going to be compatible and any suggestion regarding ram and psu. Thank you in advance

GPU MSI Radeon RX 570 8GB (ARMOR 8G OC) 181 Euro

SSD SAMSUNG MZ-76E500B 860 EVO SERIES 500GB 2.5'' SATA3 82 Euro

Motherboard Asus TUF B450-Plus Gaming 115 Euro

Case CASE SHARKOON S25-W BLACK 55 Euro

PSU my guess is Seasonic M12II-520 Evo??? 70 Euro

RAM RAM G.SKILL F4-3000C16S-8GISB 8GB DDR4 3000MHZ AEGIS??? or Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4-2400MHz 65 to 80 Euro

Post the website from where you're going to buy the PSU so I can give you some recommendations.

Also you should go with the 3000 MHz memory since ryzen loves higher frequency RAM(it will improve framerates by ~5-10%).

the qvl list was very helpful thanks i am guessing i have to adjust the the voltage so i can utilize the ram properly?

i have heard that super flower is better psu brand for corsair since corsair uses other manufacturers... the seasonic psu i have posted in the first post isnt a viable option? because of lower watt?

Some Super Flower models are very good. The Seasonic PSU you listed is decent , just an older platform. Seasonic Focus models are now a great buy.

so basically my choices under 90 is the corsair u posted and maybe the superflower (https://www.e-shop.gr/psu-super-flower-platinum-king-80-plus-platinum-550w-p-PER.817410). I was told that https://www.skroutz.gr/s/4519437/XFX-TS-Series-550W-Gold.html is also a good choice (i think seasonic manufactures them). Sorry for spamming like that. I am afraid that i will choose a bad psu for a reason. At least i know 550watt will do the trick.
