Need help!

Just built a brand new PC (first time doing so) every seemed fine for 2 days and then starting crashing, BSOD, code is 116, with research have traced this back to my graphics card and/or drivers.

This starting happening after my driver updates. Was crashing every 2-3 minutes, ended up downloading driver sweeper and removed drivers and reinstalled the drivers that came on the disc with worked initially. Thought this fixed the problem as the PC did not crash for over 2 hours and now has been happening again more frequently...

PC is not over clocked and is not overheating... All parts are brand new!

Graphics card is a MSI Nvidia gtx760.

- also another piece of evidence to lead me to GPU, whilst restarting a few tines after crashes the PC will boot up and have no display and will need to be booted a few times, on a couple of occasions I had to wiggle the GPU to get it to boot??

Solution
Check your graphics settings in NVIDIA Configuration. Set all settings to default even in games settings.
Set power option to High Performance. Also check all your components that affects your GPU like RAM, Mobo and CPU. If still nothing has changed, try to
reinstall windows(fresh install) and install first the latest Nvidia driver. not that came from the CD. If the problem still occurs. Try to use your GPU to another PC and check if bsod still happen,Contact Specialist for the hardware or RMA your GPU.

Yeah I've read this 🙁
Tried several drivers.. is it common or rare for a GPU to be faulty out of the box?
