I just built my first new PC yesterday, turned it on and the following happens:
Case fans, CPU fan, case lights, GPU light, are all working. Display, mouse, and keyboard are not working. The MOBO is showing a red and yellow solid light. After approx 5 minutes of being on it auto shuts down.

Things I've tried: Re-installing RAM in all combination of slots, making sure RAM is tightly secured. Trying 1 stick. Unplugging and replugging everything. Putting the HDMI cord in both GPU and MOBO slots. Putting the keyboard/mouse USB in different slots. Making sure CPU is lined up and seated.
The one thing I know to try today is to put the latest BIOS version on a flash, insert the usb and hit the flash BIOS button.

MSI B650 gaming & wifi MOBO
AMD ryzen 5 7600
AMD 7600 XT 16GB GPU
2x 16GB DDR5 RAM
2 TB SSD
Corsair RM850 Modular ATX power supply
