New build won't boot and is stuck on POST with yellow DRAM_LED lit up. All fans spin and rgb is working.

System:
CPU: Intel core i7-9700k
Motherboard: Asus rog strix z370-g gaming
RAM: Kingston Hyperx Fury 8gb DDR4 3200 mhz x2
CPU cooler: Cooler Master MasterAir MA410P
GPU: Asus Rog Strix GTX 1080 a8g gaming
Power Supply: SEASONIC FOCUS Gold SSR-650FM Semi-modular 80 PLUS Gold
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1000GB 7200 64MB SATA 3
SSD: Sandisk extreme 240gb

Stuff I've tried so far:
1. checking power cables
2. every possible combination of ram stick placement (with 1 or both)
3. removing the GPU
4. tried using other lower frequency ram stick (crucial ballistix S 4GB DDR4 2400mhz). This still lights up the DRAM_LED for 1-2 seconds but then LED goes off and nothing else happens.
5. resetting CMOS by removing battery and by short circuiting the reset pins
6. tried using both hdmi and VGA cable to monitor (both didn't work)
7. tried unplugging ssd and hdd from both power and data
Think that's pretty much everything I've tried so far but no luck yet.

Solution
That cpu requires a bios update to support a 9*** series processor.

Easiest option is to get a z390 board

Another option would be buy and 8th gen Celeron, update bios and use 9700k

Lastly you can take your board to a repair shop and see if they can update it for you

I understand but the motherboard does not have a bios flash option so my hands are tied unless you have any tips on doing a bios update without being able to access bios
