[SOLVED] New PC build, everything hooked up properly but no post

Hi! I have a Gigabyte 1060 6gb, MSI Z270 MPOWER GAMING TITANIUM, not sure which i7 I have, 2 sticks of 8 GB ddr4 ram and 2 sticks of 4 GB ddr4 ram, and a 550 W power supply. Everything in the PC turns on, but on my gpu a panel is lit up that says “Fan Stop”. The numbers on the top right of my board say 64, and my monitor will not detect the HDMI or DVI cords I have tried to use. I know the problem is not the monitor, as it works for my other PC. Windows is not installed. I have been attempting to get the computer into BIOS for the past 2 days, and nothing has worked. I dusted every inch of it, and tried switching cords and cleaning the cords and the monitor. What can I do?

how do you not know which i7?
test with the 1060 out and use the igpu?

Page 49 shows it stuck at CPU DXE.

LGA 1151 encompasses a lot of CPU. Are you sure you have one that is compatible? The model should be on the lid unless it was lapped or other.
