New PC build, fans spinning, nothing on display. Please help!

Hi there,
I have built a new PC and everything seems to be working, but nothing is being displayed on the monitor. I have tried everything. Reseating ram, CPU, breadboarding it. Still nothing.
Specs:
Amd athlon x4 845
Crucial value ram
MSI a68hm-e33 v2
Evga 500w PSU
Gigabyte gtx 950
1 TB WD blue
Bitfenix comrade case

Is the monitor connected to the graphics card (not motherboard)? If yes, and still no go,
what are the 4 digits after B in the board's serial number (B1xxx)?

Thanks for the response Alexoiu. The SN is B15090. Monitor is plugged in to GPU. Still not working

You're welcome. The board needs a BIOS update for supporting that CPU (8.2):

No I don't have another CPU. Is there any way to update the BIOS without another CPU?

Not with that board, AFAIK. A local PC repair shop might help, or try contacting the retailer, or MSi. See if they can update the BIOS or send you a newer board.

One more question. The USB ports don't have any power. Will this be fixed with an updated BIOS?

Okay. And there's absolutely no way I can somehow download the BIOS update and install it?
Sorry for all the questions. It's my first build, and I'm getting nervous about it not working.

No. There are some boards that feature the Flashback, but I see no mention about it in this board's specs.

Someone from NCIX customer care said that the CPU should work with the motherboard. Any chance I have a defective part?

The board does support Carrizo CPUs, but if manufactured before 2016 (as yours), it needs a BIOS update.
