Question New PC Build - first in a long time

Need advice on new build as it has been some time since I built my current machine. I am looking to build a gaming machine that will last for some time (going on 10 years for current). I am not demanding the best FPS not playing AAA titles. Budget is approximately $1,300 US including OS.

This is what I was looking at as I like the USB-C on the front panel of the case for ease of use.
