Build Advice New PC build for music production ?

Hello, I'm going to be doing a build for music production for my studio. I already have monitors, mouse and keyboard and speakers/sound equipment. These are the programs I run and some things I'm looking for to have.

Main programs I use are:
Protools
Fl Studio

The main things I need:

• Bluetooth
• If possible I need Air Drop feature like on iPhones
• Many USB slots
• See if I can get FireWire.
• Good wifi card
• Need some usb-c ports.
• Plenty of storage as I have over 10k songs and sample filling up my drives as of now.

As for budget, 6k max Don't care for RGB just need a powerful rig to support what I do. Thank you.

I dont think you can still get dedicated fire wire ports. Most of them are now integrated in to USB3.0 and later. You would have to purchase adaptors.

most Z790 boards come with onboard wifi and bluetooth. most being wifi 6E and BL5.2/5.3

Get this as i7-13700K has enough cores and clock speeds to handle any kind of load. And with 64GB memory it be fast on intake and processing even complex mixes.

Used Quaadro P1000 for reliability and 4 HDMI output.

That case is silent and reduces noise output. Also included the USB-C front panel kit. And USB-C hub extender.

That motherboard has enough USB-A ports on the rear. And as you won't be OCing the PC no need of Z790.

Included 850W PSU so that it doesn't spin its fan at high RPM even under load. And stressing the PSU less is also good.

Run the two WD-Black HDDs in RAID-0. See for insane amount of audio tracks you wanna store go for HDD over SSD as you be only be using it to store and fetch tracks over time and not be using it to directly work on projects. So no big difference. Run in RAID-0 to get redundant storage which is the safest as if 1-drive fails your data is safe on the other drive.

Now I don't know how decent of a speaker setup you have. But if you only have some decent under $1000 kinda active speakers or something low-end. Spend on to get top of the line setup.

Get KEF R3 Meta speakers. Run them using MiniDSP SHD + Hypex NCx500 combo. Get Stereo amp from Buckeye. All that gonna set you close to $4,500. That will fetch you better result in having better mixes. You can add Rythmik F12SE Subwoofer to the setup over time as your budget allows.

That be a better setup for money.

Fire-wire to USB works fine. So yeah better off picking that instead of spending on fire-wire card.
