Could this run Overwatch at 50fps+ on high settings? Don't do that thing where you tell me "change this and that and you gotta move this" just tell me how it would run on Overwatch on high settings.
Thanks

Solution
It's just a matter of looks but i would get an atx board in a case with window like that one, something like this,
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/s9Gj4D/msi-motherboard-b150gamingm3
you could shave some mone of by using this psu,
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/FQ648d/corsair-power-supply-cp9020101na
it has enough wattage for those parts and seems to be decent quality.
Something else to save some money on and get good looking and good quality part is this one,

And why not a bigger monitor? Like these,

one TN,one VA.
Given that your processor only meets the minimum system requirements for that game, I would guess that you would not hit 50FPS on any game setting except (maybe) the lowest.

I would also note that anything else you may have running in the background (e-mail, browsers, skype, anti-malware, anti-virus, misconfigured Windows, bad driver installs, and Internet traffic on Tuesday afternoons between 1:15pm and 1:17pm) will likely skew your results from anything anyone on YouTube said you should get.

If you really want to get better frame rates, spend more money. If you can't, and I definitely understand that, accept what you can get and turn down your settings.

Ok. So you got a better processor and graphics card. I'd probably say the exact same thing except on medium settings. The point is, no one can say with any certainty what you will get and anyone who says they can is lying. There are just too many variables (as I tried to point out in my previous post) to say. You might get 200FPS. You might get 2FPS. There is no way to say for certain what you'll get until you try it.

Could this play Overwatch in the way I listed, this is without any background tabs btw

Well i would just stick to the i5 if possible. Didn't want to complicate things.just give some other options, like get a nicer motherboard and get the mony for it by going for a lesser priced, but decent psu.Well like looking at it like that.
Just like with the monitors, both still under or at about the same price, but imo better options.
You don't need the cpu cooler, but saw one in the first build and forget to check the second, but it's not in there. If it costs too much use the stock then.
The rx 480 for just under 200 pounds would be a good choice as well.So i would keep that if possible.
