New PC Build Getting Error Code 62 ASRock Z87 Extreme 4 Mobo

Just built my new rig a month ago, everything was going fine until yesterday when it randomly started making the monitor go black. I did a refresh as I have windows 8.1, it worked for a bit then when I updated nvidia graphics drivers the screen went black again. All i can see when turning on the system is the GTX Loadup, the Mobo screen, and then the windows loading sign and then it goes black. Thanks for your help!

i7-4770k
16GB 1600 DDR3 RAM
650w OCZ PSU
PNY GTX 770 2gb Overclocked
ASRock Extreme 4 Z87 Motherboard

i would suggest try checking your ram do some step like unplug psu cable from psu. Clean your ram slots and insert one stick in first slot. Reseat the CMOS battery. By removing and then reinstalling the CMOS battery. Don't forget to unplug you PSU cable from PSU before removing the battery. Plug the psu cable and start your pc.
Still doesn't?
insert other ram stick in same slot by replacing previous one. Try again.

I did that and its still giving the same error code.

did you overclock your cpu as well? Try bringing your cpu and gpu on default clocks, then see if your system boots up?

I have not overclocked and my cpu and gpu are on default clocks. never have touched them

First thing to do is update your motherboard bios, carefully and go through mobo manual twice and then do it.
If that doesn't work out then try to reinstall a copy of windows(If the one you are using is downloaded from internet or torrent or received any other way) but not the same you have used before. Get another copy of windows like windows 7 and check.
