i should upgrade cpu later my questions..

1-i have 280w psu will it run with it psu has 4pin connector

With that cpu should you probably be fine with just the 4pin connector,it is possible to connect that into the 8pin on the motherboard side.
Look at the manual for the "how to",

Bitcoin mining is earning virtual money which can be used to buy real stuff,for that you need to "solve problems/puzzles" to earn it.You need a very good gpu for that and probably more which can't be done on that psu you have.So it's not the same as crossfire/sli.
Google for more.

For the same reason can't you do crossfire,the wattage of the psu doesn't allow it.With that motherboard is sli out of the question anyway.
