Question new pc build idea

Hello everyone, its been few years since i built a PC. I'm going to build a new PC for my nephew. He'll be using it for "school" and will be playing Fortnite, GTA and some more games. I dont think he'll be playing Cyberpunk. I've been thinkering with components and this is kind of what may work well and is in a budget.
I'd like other peoples opinion on this build and what might be wrong or what should be changed. Thanx in advance

2x Seagate Barracuda 500 GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (i have these 2 lying in a drawer)

will probably buy 2/3more fans to put in the pc

2 Sata slots will have to stay empty because of M2 but thats fine.

Hi Nemesia, that was a super quick reply, thanx. PcPartPicker lists this at around 670$ with some discounts. Since im not in the USA, dont use $ and prices here are quite different i cant compare it directly but lets say 700-800& is maximum.

niice, thanx Nemesia. I appreciate it.
I got few problems with that list though: i cant find that MB, GPU and PSU over here (at least from the companies i work with). RAM doesnt make much difference in cost anyway so i can get either ripjaws or kingston or some other RAM. I know this SSD is better and pcpartpicker says the price is almost the same but prices here are different. That Kingston SSD is around 60$ more expensive here than Spectrix one (for which i've read some solid things tbh). I was trying to stay away from Mirco ATX MBs also but it isnt a dealbreaker.
How big of a jump in quality (or futureproofing) is going from Ryzen 5 2600x to Ryzen 5 3600 ? 3600 is much more recent but both have same amount of cores/threads and freq is the same.
As i said i kinda lost track of the latest tech so i'm learning/reading online as we speak about it so bear with me. And thanx again
