New PC build Keeps Crashing Sometimes it says CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

Hi, I built a new PC and from the point of running it as soon as I'm on windows, five minutes in the PC freezes/crashes, sometimes it displays Clock watchdog timeout but most of the time it just completely freezes. I can't tell if it's the drivers or a hardware problem please help, problem is that it freezes before I can install any new drivers, the only one I was able to install was the graphics driver

Gigabyte B450m Ds3h
Ryzen 5 2600 w/stock cooler
Gigabyte Rx 580 8 GB
Seasonic 650 watt PSU
2 x 8 GB Corsair Vengeance lpx 2400 MHz
250 GB SSD
1 TB HDD

Could be any number of things. More investigation and troubleshooting needed.
