New PC Build Keeps Turning ON/OFF

I recently built a Ryzen 5 2400G PC with an ASROCK AB350 motherboard and when I turn it on, the case and CPU fans run and same does the led on my case. I plugged in every cable and when I start it up, in 15 seconds it turns off, then on again repeatedly. What could I do?

did you overclock?
Can you specify other components? Especially psu.
Is PSU new or used?

No I just built the PC and it can't boot. I bought every component new:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 2400G
Motherboard: ASROCK AB350 PRO4
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000 mhz 2x4 GB
PSU: EVGA 500 W1 500W
HDD: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM
Case(if needed): Corsair Carbide Spec-02 Redshift

I'm new to building and my monitor says no input when I turn it on.

the psu is no good, but should boot the system.
Can you try booting with just 1 stick? Try different slot too?
Do you plug in both 24 pin and 8 pin psu cables to mb?

Yes my PC started with one stick but the monitor still says no input. It says can't detect video input or something. Is it because of my APU?

could be the motherboard BIOS too old, contact seller or AMD to update BIOS:

AMD will lend you an old APU to boot and then update BIOS.

I don't think the BIOS is the problem because I bought the motherboard with a sticker that says 'Ryzen 2000 Ready'.
