1.CPU: Intel i5-4670k
2.GPU: AMD R9 270x
3.MotherBoard: AsRock Z87 Extreme Pro4
4.RAM: Corsair Vengence 8GB
5.PSU: Corsair VS550
6.Cabinet: NZXT phantom 410
7.Monitors: DELL ST2240L

also please answer the following questions:
a.Which brand of gpu should i go with?
b.Is AOC i2267fwh better than the screen i mentioned?

they are all good. good monitor everything is good but that vs550 is not very good.
