Hi everyone I'm going to be building a new PC soon, and I really need help deciding on some things.

This is my current PC list on my mind. : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/W36pf7

The things I need :
I need a case that'd be able to use an optical drive, but most of them seem like my GPU is really long, but I really want that GPU.
- Better Case

- Is my PSU good, I mean 750w 80+ Gold, I can get the 550w or something like that, for the same price, can someone explain to me why is there a difference in watts, or why the price is the same?

- I'd also like to get a monitor preferably something that's 144hz, but 60hz is fine too, because most of my game doesn't really require a 144hz.

- If not getting an optical drive is possible, would I have to make a bootable USB? If so, how long would it take?

- Is ddr4 worth getting over ddr3? I know it'd be a hassle to change out in the future, but still. I need reasons. :)

IN CONCLUSION, I want to keep my GPU & CPU, but if someone finds something that would be better, then that'd be great. Also, if you're going to change the case, I prefer the colors to match, I know it's not going to matter, but I'm really picky. (OCD problems)

ANYWAYS, thank you, and sorry for asking sooo much questions. I'm still new to custom building, and I'd like to know some things here and there, lol.

I went with a less expensive CPU, motherboard, ram, gpu, case, Monitor and psu. even the OS is cheaper.

you could get $100 further savings with a 960, which will max out the monitor (or the original).

The 6600 will still overclock via BCLK overclocking.

The Monitor is an IPS monitor, same size and $20 cheaper

DDR4 and DDR3 are similar enough in price that there no real savings between the two to go with DDR3 a Similar DDR3 kit (DDR3-1866) runs $70 vs this $72
