New PC Build, Need Suggestions

I am about to build a PC with the following specs:

Processor: Intel Core i5 6500 (LGA1151 Socket, 3.20 Ghz Turbo Boost to 3.60 Ghz, 6MB Cache) - 6th Generation Skylake for Intel Z170 Chipset DDR4/DDR3L Technology

RAM: Corsair 16GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 Vengeance LPX 2400Mhz C14 Red Kit for X99 Chipset (CMK8GX4M1A2400C14R)

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170-D3H Gigabyte Motherboard/Intel 6th Generation/Socket 1151/DDR4

Hard Disk: 1TB Internal 3.5 Toshiba Hard Drive SATA (DT01ACA100)

Graphics Card: Zotac Nvidia GTX960 2GB DDR5 - 128Bit PCIeX16 Graphic Card

PSU: Corsair VS Series VS550 - 550 Watt SMPS

CPU Cabinet: Cooler Master Force 500 (FOR-500-KKN1) ATX Cabinet

I want to know if this is a good enough mild gaming build for less than 65,000 Rs. (I am on a tight budget) and want to know if it can run all the new games like The Withcher 3, Tom Clancy's The Division, Call Of Duty Black Ops 3, etc on Medium to High graphics settings at a decent FPS (around 60 FPS on high)? If not, what would you recommend keeping the budget in mind.

You only need 8gb of ram and an Ssd would speed up your pc a lot if you have room for it in the budget
Also the power supply is low quality, try getting something from tier 1 or 2
