New PC Build. No video output.

So I've assembled my new build.

Z97 PC Mate
i5 4690k
EVGA GTX 960
Corsair Vengence 8GB Ram (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B)
Corsair 850W PSU
- No System Speaker

I've powered it up. Everything seems to be working. (CPU Fan spinning, GPU Fan spinning) yet there is no display via HDMI.

I've tried it w/o the GPU attached, still no display
I've tried it with every permutation of RAM placement, still no display
I took apart and rebuilt the entire thing, still no display

So... What do I do next?

Any advice is appreciated.

Maybe the MoBo is broken.
