Everything is connected as possible, the LED troubleshooting on the Mobo doesn't find an issue, I'm going to retry tomorrow but we couldnt get it working today. None of the LED trouble shooting lights on the motherboard werent showing any issues. Obviously i spent around £1200 on this setup and i need to get it working asap.

If someone could please advice that would be great. I've reset the CMOS but when i boot the pc up i just get no signal on the monitor (Tried multiple monitors and diff cables)

Solution
Unable to Boot New Desktop System Configured with AMD 2nd Generation Ryzen Desktop Processor, and AMD Socket AM4 300-Series Motherboard

https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/2Gen-Ryzen-AM4-System-Bootup.aspx

It has been reported that motherboard boxes marked "Ryzen 2000 Ready", had BIOS support for processors released in February such as Ryzen 2200G but did not have the required BIOS version for processors released in April such as the Ryzen 2600.

Since motherboard manufacturers usually install the latest BIOS at the time of manufacture, the BIOS that comes with your motherboard depends on that date.

As the above poster mentioned it basically means the BIOS on your motherboard is not compatible with your CPU as ti requires a newer revision. Your options are to borrow a compatible cpu from someone, pay a store to do it for you, apply for a ryzen boot kit or even return the board to the retailer and try and get a compatible board such as a b450/x470 model.
