New PC build not giving signal to monitor

So I just installed the final part for my new computer that I have been building, but I plugged it all in but it won't connect to the monitor. Everything is definitely on & running since I either see the parts running or a light is on them. I have an Asus rog strix b350f gaming motherboard & an Asus radeon rx580 4GB graphics card, I have tried using all the different hdmi ports on the pc & the monitor but it always just says 'no hdmi signal from your device'.

Mhhh, B350 came out with Ryzen 1000-Series
Usually, you need a BIOS Update if you wanna use 2000-Series Ryzen with 300-Series Chipset.

Did you buy used or new? I am not sure if every 300-Series Motherboard does come with that Bios Update already installed right out of the box.
