Question New PC build not working

I just built a brand new PC, it a MSI z-790 edge with the I-9 Intel k13900, 4080, vengeance ddr 5 ram, with a rm1000x power supply in a H5 flow case. Every time I try and turn it on nothing happens. There a red light on the 4080 that is receiving power but nothing else is responding after I push the power button I replaced the motherboard and the power supply and re attempted building it. I tried powering it on at each step saw that it was indeed working but after I re plugged in everything it did the same thing. Red light on graphics hard and nothing else worked. Any body got any ideas?

Try starting it without the 4080 as your 13900k has onboard graphics.
Try 2 sticks of ram instead of 4 if you have 4.
is the motherboard shorting out on the case ? (lose screw somewhere)

Have you plugged in the 8 pin EPS connectors?
I think you need at least one connected, possibly both.
Are there any led status indicators lit on the motherboard?
