I am building a new pc for my friend which is on a budget

The parts I have selected are
FX 8350
Asus m5a97
8gb of ram
gtx 555
120gb ssd
1tb hdd

I was planing to use a Gigabyte Odin Pro 550w to power it
http://www.gigabyte.co.nz/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2495#kf

While I am certain 550 watts is enough I am not too sure about the 12v rails. They are only 19amps each (there are 4 of them) . I was told the maximum power draw of a stock fx 8350 from 12 rail is 15.3 watts. This is within limits but the gpu will draw some as well.

Will this psu hand all these things?

Thanks for you help

I have a FX 8350 at home as well and the Gigabyte PSU uses ATX12V 2.2 while my PSU uses ATX12V 2.3. Will the gigabyte power supply work with the motherboard still even if it is a different 12v spec?
