Hello all, and happy holidays. I recently built a small gaming/ school machine for my sister. Wll went well until i started to boot it. Computer is acting normal for the first 2 seconds then the GPU fans stop. CPU fan slows, and The American MegaThread screen shows up. at first i thought it was because i didn't have a keyboard hooked up. Hooked one up and still same problem. The screen tells me it is recognizing the CPU as well as RAM and the keyboard with 2 hubs available and zero Drives. Odd thing is that it recognized it under that. but no drives available. lastly at the bottom of the screen it says "USB Device over current status detected !!" so i went to troubleshooting. saw that disconnecting the usb headers might work. nothing. saw where removing the CMOS Bat. would fix the problem. Didnt work. New i gives me a " Please Enter setup to recover BIOS Setings". I would love to get into BIOS but when the screen shows up with the option to F2 or Delete, its like im not pressing or its not registering. keyboard lights are on. I am placing this post in the motherboard section because all other parts are brand new. the mobo is the only part that has been reused. all PC Specs are at this link

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It might be something as easy as i have something plugged in wrong, or something like the MOBO is bad. Let me Know what you think.
