[SOLVED] New PC build recommendation for 3080ti?

Hello all,

I was able to purchase a MSI RTX 3080 Ti Gaming X Trio 12G Gaming GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Video Card and the MSI SPATIUM Series M470 through the Newegg Shuffle and was wondering what you all would recommend for the rest of the PC build. (Case, motherboard, Intel processor, memory, PSU). This will be used mostly for gaming at hopefully 4K 60 fps.

I don’t care about RGB lighting; I just want it to run fast and be as quiet as possible. Would like to keep the remaining budget to $1,000 if possible, but there is some wiggle room. The PC will be hooked up to a AV receiver via HDMI for 5.1 audio. I’m assuming the video card will support this. I couldn’t find anything about it one way or the other in the spec sheet.
