Hi All

I've been wanting to build my own SFF PC for a while now, and have a budget of around £500 - $650, could be a bit more if needed. I'm not looking for a top spec setup, and it won't be a system that will be under serious load a lot of the time, but something that will be capable of playing the odd game like Fortnite, World of Tanks, GTA5, etc would be nice. I would like the setup to be capable of overclocking as well. I've already bought a case with a 500W TFX PSU, which I'm still awaiting delivery of. I'm pretty sure the PSU will only have a 4 pin motherboard power supply connector. I do have good technical knowledge but am a novice when it comes to the best choice of components. I'm hoping some of you might be able to point me in the right direction of what would be a good choice of components to buy. I'm not too worried if they are new or used components, I'm just after an idea of what would be a good choice. The components I'm interested in are:

Motherboard (Intel or AMD chipset / must be Micro-ATX form factor)
Processor (obviously to match the motherboard)
RAM
Graphics Card

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated, even if it is just to tell me that I'm going to need more funds to add to the budget.

Many thanks in advance.

I'm not including Case as its easy to pick and more of ascetic choice than any other. Feel free to change GPU to 1060 IF you want more power OR throw bigger SSD/RAM.
1060 6GB should still fit into 500W PSU (but tightly)
this should be high/max build for GTA5 and maxed for wot or fortinite

Many thanks for the speedy reply and suggestions, much appreciated.

I've never had any experience of AMD processors before, just wondering why you suggested Ryzen 5 2600 as opposed to an Intel option? Would this configuration also be able to support dabbling in a bit of overclocking?

That all sounds exactly what I'm after, cheers for the info, much appreciated.

Just a quick query regarding the GTX 1050 Ti 4GB graphics card if you don't mind. I can't tell if this graphics card has low profile brackets. I need a graphics card with low profile brackets that will fit into a SFF case. Do you have any ideas of any suitable graphics cards that will fit?
