New PC build resetting and freezing !

Hello to all
I have a new PC and I can't not install a Windows 10 or Ubuntu is frizing all times and need all time hard reset.
Someone can help me to andartand what is wrong white my components PC
I run Memtest86 all cpus and I have alots of errors and is frizinng or reset
My cpu is damaged ?
And my ddr 4 is not in QVL

What are the parts you are using? (motherboard, RAM, CPU, graphics card, power supply)

Hyperx 8 gb ddr 4 not in QvL

GTX 1050 2 gb
Psu Corsair v450
Last version windows 10

Have you tried installing using different USB ports? USB 2.0 ports are controlled by the A320 chipset, USB 3.1 ports are controlled by the Ryzen processor.

Did you buy it prebuilt, or did you build it yourself? Sounds to me like the CPU is overheating/thermal throttling, which is endemic of a faulty cooler or it wasn't seated very well.

By my self build and I use Wraith Spire Cooler . Bios tep cpu is around 40c.

Use a different USB port to install Windows/Linux.

Okay. If Memtest86 is throwing RAM errors, you need to troubleshoot that first. Make sure it is seated properly. Pop the tabs on either end of the slot, pull it out, then put the RAM into the other slot. If you're using 2x4GB sticks, then take them both out and put them both back in, just to make sure they're getting a good connection. Then run Memtest86 again and see if it's still throwing errors.

Also, since you're still having the problems, consider changing your marking on @rocktalkrock's answer so it doesn't reflect that this has been solved.
