I've built a new PC, parts are all brand new. I checked all my cables, if they were in correct place, everything seems okay. But only the Cpu and Exhaust fans turn on, Gpu seems dead. But when I press the power off button on the PSU the GPU fans spin a little bit, also the GPU heats up a little bit. But no video and no Asus logo.
Cpu: Ryzen 5 5600X
MotherBoard: Asus Prime B550M-A
GPU: AsRock Rx 6500XT Phantom Gaming,
Ram: 16gb DDR4 3200mhz Crucial.
PSU: EVGA 600W 80 Plus White.
I don't think that the GPU is faulty since GPUs are well build and I've bought loads of GPUs used in mining and all worked.
Some lads say that the B550M-A bios must be actualised to work with the 5600X, and some people say that the B550M-A is fully compatible with the 5600X and doesn't need to be actualised.
I tried to turn on the PC without the RAM stick and no success too.
I tried to remove the BIOS battery and no success too.

Asus uses a usb stick based bios update. Just use another computer to download the latest bios off of asus download, remember to use the bios file renamed tool that is included in the downloaded bios folder, put the bios file on a usb drive, then stick the usb drive into the usb slot on the back of the motherboard that’s marked bios flasher then click the bios reflash button on the back of the motherboard
