New PC for my son's birthday, can't get it to work and ruined the day please help!

Setup

Mobo-MPG B550 Tomahawk Max Wifi
CPU-AMD Ryzen 7
DDR4 - 2x 8GB (16GB) Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
Graphics - AMD Radeon RX 6700
PSU-Apevia Premier

Solid red CPU light, no display on monitor.

Tried to:
Rebuild/reconnect/reconfigure all components - no change
Checked CPU power cable and CPU connections/pins no visible issues.
CMOS reset with battery removal for 5 min-no change
Moved Graphics card to alternative position-no change
Moved DDR4 to different configuration (used manual for initial setup) no fix, reconfigured to manual callout slots.

Do fans startup?
Do you have any spare parts to try and swap in?
Does CPU have integrated graphics you can try?
Does LED for disk activity flash at all?
Does video card and monitor have alternative interface you can try (e.g. HDMI instead of Display port).

Technically CPUs don't have any lights on them. So red LED you are seeing must be on some other component. If it is on RAM, then that doesn't mean much, just that the software required for colour control isn't active (which is normal if machine won't boot).
