Hi wanted to build a PC for £500 no higher than that.

Could someone advise on parts please? I'm lost as I used to own a dual 980 sli pc which was built by a friend and now not sure what to buy. £500 is absolute maximum.

What performance could I see with a £500 pc build? On games like battlefield 4, beamng, gta5 etc?

Thanks

Without OS, monitor and peripherals, this is the best I could build:

You can expect surprisingly high performance in all games on max details at 1080p. For even more performance (CPU-demanding games only), you would need an i5.

If 14 GBP over the budget are unacceptable, you can replace the graphcis card with this one:

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/p28H99/sapphire-radeon-rx-470-4gb-nitro-video-card-11256-01

It costs 185 GBP, and is very similar in performance, especially when overclocked.

Anyway, as long as you play on 1080p you should be very, very satisfied.
