Question New PC Build! Startup Screen is Black (Solved)

So I finished my new pc build and literally everything is running with all the led lights on my motherboard showing white, but when it’s turned on to startup it shows that I have a black screen with my monitor saying “no signal” and it won't recognize my PC.

Here's my pc build:

CPU- Intel i9-9900k

CPU Cooler- Corsair H115i RGB Platinum AIO Liquid CPU Cooler

Motherboard- MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC

Memory- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB)

Graphic’s Card- MSI GTX 1660 Super Ventus XS OC

Power Supply Unit- 850W 80+ Gold Certified Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB

I’m fairly adequate with building and I really need some help. Also I'm new to tomshardware as well so thank you guys so much!

test with just the igpu, take the 1660 out?

He probably had to fash the Bios or UTF is what I'm guessing. That's why we build-out of the case, problems lessen.
