New PC Build Struggles to Connect to Wi-Fi

Hello

There's this new PC build I'm using that can operate with no issues, it's just that the wi-fi doesn't connect properly (unless I'm using my mobile device's hotspot connection).

Motherboard is Gigabyte Z790 Aero-G while the os is Windows 11 x64.
