[SOLVED] New pc build stuck at 2133mhz

So you have a 1x8gb and a 1x16GB stick of RAM? That's probably where your problem lies if the XMP profiles aren't working. You generally want to buy RAM in a matched kit of identical sticks, like 2x8GB or 2x16GB, to ensure that they will run together properly in dual-channel mode at the optimum speed.

Also, first and second-gen Ryzen processors, like the 1600, generally top out around DDR4-3200 speed. You would probably be better off getting a 2x8GB kit of DDR4-3200, or a 2x16GB kit if you want more for the future, as it shouldn't cost much more to move up to 32GB at that speed.

How can I try and change 2133mhz to 3200mhz just to test it out? Do I need change timings?
