New PC build, suggestions needed

Hey, thank you for taking your time to read this.
I plan on building a pc over the summer, and am planning to have a max budget of 1500.

I made a build, any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I plan on gaming on it and using it for school. I will be using ArcMap on it for GIS, so speed is a must. I am willing to pay 1500 for it, but if there are any cheaper alternatives, more logical choices for components, or if I am missing any components, I am definitely open to them!

Yes, get an I7-6700K, a Z170 motherboard, and DDR4 memory.
