Hi, I'm new to this forum, and I need some advice from you guys. What should I build in lower 2000$ budget. With some require: Core i5 or above, 16gb Memory, GPU Gtx 660, 680, 670, 690 ti or 780, 770.I'd prefer 7x0 because the performance but it pretty expensive. So what are the remaining thing you guys thing they are "good"? Thanks a lot :D

If ya don't need the monitor, grab a 2nd 780.

Notes:

1. The MSI 780 Ti outside of the Classified is the best 780 Ti out there .... it's been $600 on newegg every other week for the last 6 weeks, if it come sup, grab it. For two 780s, ya need 850 watts, with one 780 ya need 600 watts ..... a 750 watter is money spent for no gain.

2. Check for faster RAM on the day you buy...2133 is oft same price as 1866 and 1600, not worth getting faster DDR speed if ya pushing CAS above 9 tho. More RAM allows for the creation of a RAM disk and eliminating the need for a swap file.

3. Given your budget, I normally would have recommend the Maximus VI Formula but until Asus solves the BIOS Time Clock problem, I have halted all Asus builds. They have identified it, they have fixed it on some boards, but not on the RoG boards as yet.

4. If ya doing anything that needs hyperthreading, you can upgarde to the 4790k

5. My standard "go to case" < $100 (befere the Enthoo Pro's release) was the 500R.....every other week you can usually get them for $79 but this week it's a steal at $$60
USD $20 promotional gift card w/ purchase, limited offer and $20 MIR

At $40 premium, I still like the Phanteks notably for its superior ability to do both water and air cooling quite well....the built in fan controller hub sweetens the pot also.

6. Again you could do the 780 Ti which nothing tops.... but twin 780s is entirely within reach and is more attractive for a gaming build.
