Good build overall, but for the Windows Key, look for the version where it is ONLY 64 bit as that is usually cheaper.
there is an oem for 30 less but with the one i am getting for 30 more a thought you can use it more than one time
You can use the USB as many times as you want. However, the license key will only be for 1 PC. So other PC's with the same USB drive being used to install Windows 10 will have Unlicensed Windows.
so there is no reason to spend 30 more as there is no real difference
Unlicensed Windows only has a watermark and lack of customization of the background image and stuff. Otherwise not much difference.
But if you want licensed Windows, then yes it is $30 for no real difference. HOWEVER, if you do not have a DVD drive and need to install Windows, then the USB drive will be a lifesaver for you as it makes the process easier. If not, you need to go through the process of loading up the Windows installer on another computer and transferring it to a USB drive.
So if you want convenience, then get the drive. If you want to save costs, then do not get the drive.
