Question New pc build within a £1500 budget

Hi im trying to help a friend he wants to build a pc he already has monitor. He wants to spend within a £1500 he wants to play at 1080p high max graphical settings and good frame rates titles he would be playing cyberpunk 2077,call of duty games including warzone, metro exodus, resident evil games, halo, gears of war, forza 5, he also would like to use the pc to stream aswell and im not sure if this is possible with his £1500 budget if theres any suggestion on builds please reply let me know.

Yes. How many new CPU releases the AM5 socket is going to get is anyone's guess. I would guess at least 1 is guaranteed, and two is likely, any more that that is pure speculation.
