Question New pc build within a £1500 budget

Hi im trying to help a friend he wants to build a pc he already has monitor. He wants to spend within a £1500 he wants to play at 1080p high max graphical settings and good frame rates titles he would be playing cyberpunk 2077,call of duty games including warzone, metro exodus, resident evil games, halo, gears of war, forza 5, he also would like to use the pc to stream aswell and im not sure if this is possible with his £1500 budget if theres any suggestion on builds please reply let me know.

Please stylize your post with information asked of in this thread;
including titles that your friend would like to tax the build with helps us two fold. Apps that might be thrown on would be of aid as well. Following that the community can then move forward with suggestions.
 
@jay781 the 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.
