Question New PC build won't power on

I've built a few PC's in the past and my latest one was my cousins about a month ago. Our builds share similar parts besides the RAM and GPU. I hooked everything up and wired the front panel (which i suspect to be the problem but not sure) and everything else but no luck. Light on the motherboard turns on but nothing else. Asus strix B550, r5 3600, 16GB 3200, 5700xt.

Have you tried to clear the bios on it yet?
