Question NEW PC Build - Work and Gaming HELP PLZ

New pc workstation + occasional gaming for Revit (architecture program), Lumion (GPU based rendering program), Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and so on.

I make 3d animations and usually, they need long hours to render, like 5-10 hours, sometimes more

I' VE NEVER BUILD A PC FROM SCRATCH SOO I NEED SOME HELP.
