I am thinking about building a new pc that's good for gaming and media(watching movies,YouTube, we surfing, etc). I saw this video, and I would basically like to have the case, gpu, and motherboard. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1Y8pQiTGW4&feature=youtube_gdata_player
The total cost of his pc was $2,500. My budget is 1500. I was thinking maybe I could buy everything one step down and over clock it or something. I would like the corsair vengeance c70 case, and the best insides I can afford. Any ideas?? The best pc for my money is what I'm looking for.

Solution
this is pretty much the top of the line pc for gaming right now you can't go better for the price.

850w is very overkill for this build.
650w is plenty. The gtx780 pulls 235w MAX under FULL LOAD.
You could get a 750w PSU if you want but it will still be vastly overkill.

I am also not a fan of closed loop water coolers. They are loud and don't really cool much better than air coolers at all. I always recommend a high quality air cooler like a Noctua NH-D14 or a Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BK.

I put 850 if he wants to sli in the future and the h100i is comparable with the nh-d14 and i suggested the h100i because it puts less strain on the motherboard and it is easier to install

that's for showing me that website it's very helpful. I'm bot really a fan of water cooling cause it involves putting water near my very expensive electronics and I'm afraid I will mess up.

Also should I get like windows 8 ultimate so I can upgrade the ram In the future? Is everything over clock-able too?

it is completely sealed and hard to mess up for an air cooler I would have to agree with tiny voices and go for the nh-d14. it is the best air cooler on the market.

everything is overclock able and windows 8 64 bit is good up to 128gb of ram.

Is having a sli of two not as good graphics cards better or worse that a single very good graphics card?
