Solution
Get a better power supply. 550-650W is sufficient. Get brands from Antec, Coolermaster V series, Corsair(not CX or CS series, they uses cheap caps and are mediocre), Seasonic or XFX.
Where is your cpu?
Get Western Digital Caviar Blue. Some green drives have problems when installing windows on it and causes problems later.
Get a better quality SSD. Kingston SSDNow V300 uses cheap flash memory
Get the cheapest 1.5v 8gb ram (2X4GB) kit at 1600mhz

Well first of all you are missing a CPU... You might wanna check that out. Other than that everything else is compatible. Although personally I would not buy a CD reader because installing an OS is very easy to install using a flash drive. And I also noticed that your hard drive is a '2gb' model? I'm assuming you mean a 2 terabite. My personal suggestion is to wait to build your PC until you actually know what you are talking about and what you need.

2gb was a typo and the CPU is an intell 4770

Even so, I can't find anything that would cripple your computer.

The AX760 is a damn good PSU but you don't need it, unless you are using 2 cards. Get a quality 550W-650W PSU a ProSeries XFX would be a good choice or an RM550 if it's decently priced. Or anything from SeaSonic would be even better!
