New pc build

I recently had an accident with my last pc resulting in coolant going through my pc. I managed to save most parts and looking to build a new pc and am wondering if I really need water coolingI dont over clock just gaming.
Current parts- i7 3770k
500gb seagate hdd
1tb seagate hddd
2tb seagate hdd
250gb ssd
850w psu
gtx 770
2x8gb ripjaws ram
I also need a new motherboard and case preferabbly a quiet simple on any suggestions.

Your CPU is an unlocked one so you can OC.Get a Z87 or Z97 board from Asus RoG boards or Asus TUF(Sabertooth).They make the best mobos.Case?Depends on the mobo size you want.BTW,850 watts is overkill for the 770.
