Hi. Is this build will be great for gaming (ac unity, far cry 4, gta 5 on max settings)? I hope it will last me at least 5 years.?

At first i wanted to build 4690k r9 290 build with z97 mobo, but i decided to not do that because i am afraid of overclocking and loosing cpu warranty. So decided to buy non oc build.

I don't trust the PSU, but it seems like that site sucks for them - ideally you want an antec, seasonic, EVGA supernova, XFX, Rosewell capstone, or corsair AX-XXX(X)i - those realistically are the best quality for the price on the market. just find one from the above brand / series that's about 450-500W for a single card, and 750W or above for SLI

still got that same PSU that's bad. However the rest of it seems fine. Except the CPU cooler won't fit that motherboard / CPU combo.
