I'm looking to build a PC with 1900$ and I need some help. If someone could help me, that would be amazing. This PC will be used for gaming, streaming on twitch, and some video editing. And I should also note that the 1900$ is also covering 2 monitors, a keyboard, mouse, and headset. I don't need an OS, I have an unused Windows 8 key. Any help is greatly appreciated.

For monitors I included a 144hz monitor that would be used as the main gaming monitor, and a 60hz monitor to use for multitasking. The 4790k will be great for editing/rendering and along with the GTX 980 will slay any game you throw at it.

Here a few ways you can save money:
Cheaper GPU (GTX 970 or R9 290X)
Cheaper peripherals - keyboard/mouse/headset (although I find logitech makes great products for their price)
