New pc build

Hello its almost my birth day and i think i wil get around 300 euros + 200 which i made with chores and jobs. So i really want to build a pc to crush a pc cuz i am always doubting i should get a ps4 or a pc for gaming and i allready have an old monitor and a windows key from my old pc so that doest have to be included. But please leave suggestions for a build that can play like dayz and dying light.

Your old Windows key, is it OEM or did it come with a pre built PC? If yes it's not transferable, if it's a full version you bought then it's ok to transfer.

Its a full version i get it from my school it also has office but because my old pc already had it i never used it

on windows 10 see if there still doing windows insider program if they are you may be able to get a free windows 10 key. if your an insider like i am then your always on the new beta builds.

in a few weeks intel is droppign the newer kurby lake cpu and latter in the year is the newer nvidia pascal 960 replacment and amd poliars gpu that are going to be faster and use less power then the 960/380 that are out now.
