i couldnt pick the PSU that i've selected from another website, but i should be the "Be Quiet! System Power 7 450W".

You need a Z170 chipset board to overclock. 450W is pushing it, I suggest a RM650X or a 650W G2 SuperNOVA.

with the H170 I would just get 2133 ram

I just like to have headroom even when overclocking, but a good RM550X will be good as you said.

Yes

the i7 would be a good gaming and work build, the builds with the gtx 1070 would be almost over kill at 1080P unless you had a 144 hz monitor the gtx 1060 and RX 480 would do 1080P at max to ultra settings
