I'm currently saving up to build a new PC for my brother. He's a kid so he only plays games such as minecraft and terraria.

Because my budget is quite tight I was wondering if someone could help find me cheap components to help build this pc.

I already have a case and graphics card(gtx 645) and cpu fan cooler so all I need now is a motherboard, psu a cpu and ram. (I heard intel pentiums can be decent for gaming).

I dont need anything crazy as like I said the games he plays aren't to demanding.

I know there's not a lot to work with but it's much appreciated :)

If he's only playing minecraft and terraria, you may as well just go right down to one of the kaby lake celerons instead. Even they will run it easily. Also saves a bit of money too especially on a really tight budget. I wouldn't normally recommend them, but you don't need all the extra threads from the g4560 for just minecraft and terraria.

G3930:

You could use this h110 microatx board, pretty cheap:

MSI - H110M PRO-VD PLUS

This would be a decent psu for the build (Would have gone 450 had I not noticed the 130w tdp of the gtx645):

I'd say go for the G4560, best CPU you can get for budget. Buy some entry level bronze PSU from a known brand around the 500W range. Go for a cheap H110 motherboard, probably asrock, and some 2133 DDR4 2x4gb memory. That will do the job and should be cheap, depending on where you buy from.

Nope, H110 motherboards aren't good choice. They are made to be compatible with Skylake processors. Althrough, you can ask your vendor to upgrade BIOS to support Kaby Lake processors, but he can simply lie that he did it and you can end up with build that is not working. It isn't likely to happen, but it can. Also, this motherboards has only 2 DIMM slots, and that means very small RAM upgradibility in future, and are in general poorly made (mainly power phases), so that means also no processor upgradability. It's much better to take more expensive B250 or H270 motherboards. Build will look like that: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Kr3Xr7 I have chosen 1x8 GB RAM instead of 2x4 GB, because you can upgrade later to more ram and it's bit cheaper. And try to find Pentium G4560 that costs around 64 bucks, because they are overpriced in some shops, and 64 bucks is their recommened selling price by Intel.

It's a PC for a kid, by the time he transitions from these games to higher demanding games a new build would most likely be better than upgrading (if you go for B250 or H270), not to mention even the h110 can get an i5-6500 in the future, and 2x8gb ram will be enough for quite a while.

As for ram, this 8gb 2133mhz kit is pretty cheap:

Solution
Thank you very much everyone :). You helped very much and I probably have saved a lot more money buy chosing these specs rather than the ones I was going to chose.

However, would anyone happen to know a good cheap HDD? preferably 1TB. Would the WD blue be a good choice?

Yes

Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB is very good hard drive. It has one platter instead of two, that means it will last longer, generate less heat and use less power. It is also much faster than WD Blue, 200 to 220 MB/s reads and writes, while WD blue has 120-140 MB/s. Only problem with Seagates is that they make scary noise when they wake from being idle, but this can be easily fixed by not allowing HDD to turn off.
