Looks great, I'd probably change out the power supply for an EVGA G2/G3 550 or 650W unit though, more quality for the same price. Other than that, only other improvement would be that you COULD save a couple bucks on the motherboard, up to you.

Solution
The 7700K runs 600 MHz faster on the base clock although it is a bite more expensive and requires a cooler. (Don't let anyone tell you the 7700 is the same even if you don't intend to overclock...; the extra 600 MHz on all 4 cores could perhaps give it t a bit more longevity in gaming performance for newer titles in the future....)
